The project involves the construction of a bulk gas supply station within the Mianyang HKC Industrial Park, covering approximately 8,450 m². The facility provides a complete industrial gas supply system and supporting infrastructure for
Mianyang HKC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (H7 Factory) to support its phased production expansion.

The initial gas supply capacity includes:

Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) 42 Nm³/h

The bulk gas station includes nitrogen generation systems, cryogenic storage tanks, vaporizers, pressure regulation valve assemblies, flow measurement systems, filtration equipment, purification units, and auxiliary facilities.

The project reserves installation space for an additional 25,000 Nm³/h nitrogen generation unit in Phase II, planned for completion by the end of 2027, ensuring future production expansion requirements.

Industrial Gas Supply Solution

The project provides high-purity and ultra-high-purity bulk gases for HKC’s Full-Color Electronic Paper and MLED Glass Substrate Backplane Production Line Phase I Project.

During the initial stage, industrial gases are transported to the factory by cryogenic tanker trucks and stored in on-site storage tanks.The gases are purified through dedicated purification systems before being distributed to production areas.

After completion of the on-site nitrogen generation system, nitrogen will be produced through compressed air separation technology. Liquid nitrogen delivered by tanker trucks will remain available as an emergency backup supply source
to maintain continuous production.
