20 M3 Cryogenic Storage Tank
DSW Cryogenics offers small and bulk cryogenic storage tanks that can be utilized for many applications with the highest quality standard designs per customer requirements.
These tanks are available in sizes ranging from 2,000 to 35,000,000 litres, and all vessels are built to meet the customer’s requirements.
The DSW’s tanks include superior vacuum technology for the highest thermal performance and feature all-stainless-steel piping for strength and corrosion resistance.
These vacuum-insulated pressure vessels store cryogenic liquefied gases like nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, and carbon dioxide.

Manufacturing Process
Each 20M³ cryogenic storage tank is manufactured with precision welding, rigorous pressure testing, and high-vacuum insulation techniques. Our production ensures long-term safety, durability, and reliable performance for industrial and medical applications.

Key Features
Cryogenic storage vessels consist of three critical components, each designed to ensure safe and efficient storage of ultra-low temperature liquids:
Inner Pressure Vessel
When exposed to cryogenic temperatures, a vessel is usually made of stainless steel or other materials with favorable strength characteristics.
Outer Vessel
A vessel made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Under normal operating conditions, this vessel retains the insulation around the inner pressure vessel and maintains a vacuum around the inner container. Typically, the outer plate is not exposed to cryogenic temperatures.
Insulation
The space between the inner and outer vessel, containing several inches of insulating material, is maintained in a vacuum. The vacuum and insulating material help to reduce heat transfer, thereby reducing the boil-off of the liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, or liquid argon stored within the vessel.
A complete range of vertical and horizontal cryogenic vessels are designed and manufactured to the highest international codes and quality standards;
The pressure vessel is ASME, Section VIII, Division 1. It has both Canadian (CRN) and Chinese pressure vessel approval. It is easy to operate and comes with an extended vacuum warranty.
Cryo Storage Tank Specifications – Oxygen, Nitrogen, and Argon
Cryogenic stationary tanks are specifically designed to store cryogenic liquefied gases under pressure for extended periods. Inner vessels are made of austenitic stainless steel and cold stretched for selected medium / high-pressure models. These tanks are available vertically or horizontally and suitable for LIN, LOX, LAR, LNG, CO2, and N2O.
